Law Firm Anti-Harassment
Vantage provides Anti-Harassment training to law firm.
Situation: A mid-sized law firm desired to conduct anti-harassment training to its staff and attorneys.
Goal: To design and deliver effective, interactive training to various levels in the firm.
Process: Vantage Solutions designed and delivered the training to meet the needs of each identified group—staff, attorney staff, management and partners. Each training featured the same substantive information, but was uniquely designed for the targeted audience in terms of length, level of interactivity and discussion of rights and responsibilities.
Results: The training was well-received and Vantage has been invited to conduct the training on an ongoing basis in two year intervals.
