Our Community

"From those to whom much is given, much is required." It is an often quoted phrase, but it truly resonates in the hearts and spirits of the people of Vantage. We have achieved success—given to us by our dedicated and wonderful clients—and that success demands that we give back. So we do—and, true to who we are—we are getting better at giving every day.

In 2008, we started our "Vantage Gives" program to share some of our success—the success afforded to us by our supportive and loyal clients—with others. In 2008, we supported entrepreneurs in developing countries. In 2009, we brought our charity a little closer to home by supporting small business owners in the Chicagoland area and helping them develop and/or revise compliant and culture-driven Employee Handbooks.

Beyond contributing financially, Vantage team members give our time. We are leaders and supporters of the communities where we live and work. Our team members are active in numerous professional and civic organizations and serve on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Some of our memberships include Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Women's President's Organization (WPO), Executive's Club of Chicago, Chicago Minority Business Development Council (CMBDC), Women's Business Development Council (WBDC), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
