In addition, we can deliver your existing training material, saving you time and critical resources.

Our Training and Development Solutions offering has three services:

• Instructional Design: We will customize our standard courses to meet your training objectives and fit your company needs and culture, or we can design a course around material determined by you.


• Train-the-Trainer: We will train your internal training staff to deliver training to the intended company audiences. Our clients find this approach extremely cost effective as it avoids external training delivery fees. This service also allows you to license the training courses and deliver it on your schedule.


• Training Delivery: For those clients who may not have internal training staff with the time and resources to deliver the training, Vantage trainers can deliver your internal training or the training designed by us to your employees. Training can be provided in classroom or online format.
